    I love shroom tea! My favorite way to make it is to use a tea ball and brew the mushrooms for fifteen minutes, then I remove the mushrooms, nuke for 30 seconds to one minute, add a bag of lemon ginger tea and steep for five minutes. Drink and enjoy.
    I then follow with a cup of milk thistle cleansing tea, as I find it helps with any constipation/cramps caused by the shrooms.
    I always feel refreshed for weeks after a cuppa mushroom tea. Truly, a spiritual treat.
